We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lulu Guinness purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure products are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all signature packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original branded dust bags and boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
